Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an exciting OTR opportunity with great pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically, you will be out 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on your location and the freight. We aim for weekly home time, but two-week periods may occasionally happen. Our schedule runs from Monday through Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: We maintain a fleet of vehicles no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home, provided they ensure secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads involve 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. Our freight is 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: You can expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly, depending on your hiring location, with weekly miles ranging from 2,500 to 2,800. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes are primarily located east of I-35, with dedicated drivers potentially covering 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Enjoy health insurance starting on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you may also become eligible for dedicated accounts.
