Become a Dry Van Company Driver with Kay Agency in Dothan, AL. We are seeking experienced OTR drivers ready to cover all 48 states while earning steady pay and mileage.
Key Benefits:
- Pay is set between $0.62 cpm W2 and $0.65 cpm 1099.
- Average weekly take-home pay around $1800.00.
- Drive dry van with live load operations.

- Maintain a schedule of 3 weeks on the road followed by 1 week off.
- Drive our fleet of 2023 & newer Cascadias, with a speed limit of 70 MPH.
- We provide coverage for your flight and hotel for required road tests and orientation.
