Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Durham, NC
DBS is actively searching for skilled Solo CDL A drivers to join our dry van fleet in Durham. We provide steady freight, competitive compensation, and reliable home time while ensuring our drivers feel supported and respected.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Safely delivering dry van freight to various locations.
- Adhering to all regulatory and safety standards.
- Maintaining detailed logs of deliveries and trips.
Qualifications Include:
- Valid CDL A license.
- At least 2 years of driving experience.
- A clean driving record with no significant violations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
