Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description
Operate nationwide dry van routes for HMD Trucking from the Eau Claire, WI area, delivering consistent freight and dependable miles across OTR networks.
You will run solo long-haul trips in modern equipment (tractors under three years) equipped with APUs, inverters, and sleepers, backed by our in-house maintenance team.
Daily Work:
- Safely transport dry van freight on long-haul and regional routes.
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections, secure shipments, and maintain logs.
Qualifications & Perks:
- CDL-A required with a minimum of 12 months’ verifiable experience.
- Pay begins at 65 CPM with weekly averages around 2,500 miles plus safety and referral bonuses; home every two weeks and full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
