Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Elgin, IL
HMD Trucking seeks experienced OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport freight nationally.
Our Offer Includes:
- Competitive pay starting at 60 CPM
- Weekly averages of approximately 2,500 miles
- Bonuses for safe driving and clean inspections
- Modern trucks under 3 years old with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeping spaces
- Reliable in-house maintenance support
- Home every two weeks

If you have a valid CDL A license and at least 12 months of driving experience, consider joining HMD Trucking for a fulfilling and driver-focused career.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
