Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Elk Point, SD
Join HMD Trucking as an experienced OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Driver, transporting freight across the country.
We provide:
- Competitive mileage pay starting at 60 CPM
- Average weekly miles of around 2,500
- Bonuses for safe driving and clean inspections
Expect:
- Modern trucks (under 3 years old) with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleepers
- Reliable in-house maintenance support
- Home time every two weeks
- Full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan
If you possess a CDL A license and have at least 12 months of experience, join HMD for a rewarding career focused on safety and success.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
