Operate long-haul dry van freight nationwide while joining HMD’s driver-focused OTR crew in Ellicott City, MD. You’ll cover interstate lanes, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain direct communication with dispatch. HMD provides late-model tractors (under 3 years) with APUs, inverters and sleepers, dependable in-house maintenance, competitive base pay starting at 65¢/mi (avg ~2,500 mi/wk) and bonuses tied to safe driving and clean inspections.

Your Responsibilities:

Safely operate assigned tractor-trailer on OTR routes, complying with federal HOS and ELD requirements.
Perform pre/post-trip inspections and keep precise trip records and delivery documentation.
Coordinate load status and routing with dispatch.
