OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Evansville, IN by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Operate as an OTR solo Dry Van driver based in Evansville and move freight nationwide for a driver-centered carrier focused on safety and consistent miles.
Responsibilities:
- Safely drive company-provided tractor-trailers on long-haul and regional lanes.
- Accurately log hours with ELDs and manage delivery paperwork.
- Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections and cargo securement.
- Work with dispatch to ensure on-time deliveries and customer service.
Comp & equipment: Modern trucks under three years with APUs, inverters and comfortable sleepers. Pay begins at 65 CPM with weekly averages near 2,500 miles and bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections and referrals. In-house maintenance, home every two weeks, and full benefits (health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k)). CDL-A and 12+ months experience required.
