Home Time:

• OTR drivers are typically on the road for 3 weeks and home for 3 days.
• Drivers residing within 100 miles of Fayetteville can choose to be out for 14 days to improve home time balance.

Equipment:

• Drive our fleet of 2020 or newer Volvo trucks featuring automatic transmissions, APU, inverters, and refrigerators.
• Vehicles are governed at 70 MPH to ensure safety and fuel efficiency, while also providing modern comfort.

No Touch Freight:

• 100% no-touch hauling of general freight and food in 53-foot reefer trailers, covering all 48 states with significant West coast driving opportunities, excluding NYC.

Pay and Miles:

• Solo drivers earn $0.54 CPM with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
• Team drivers earn $0.60 CPM with a $2,500 sign-on bonus per driver.
• Average earnings of $1,500+ per week, with additional compensation for detention ($15/hour), stop pay ($15 per drop), and layover pay ($75/day).

Running Area:

• All 48 states with extensive opportunities for West coast freight.
• Comprehensive fuel network through Loves stations with EZ Pass coverage for tolls.
