Join the Team of Dry Van Drivers at HMD Trucking in Fayetteville, AR
HMD Trucking is actively seeking skilled OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport freight across the nation. We provide competitive mileage compensation starting at 60 CPM, with drivers averaging around 2,500 miles per week. Additionally, we offer bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, referrals, and more.
Our drivers benefit from modern trucks that are less than three years old, featuring APUs, inverters, and sleepers, along with dependable in-house maintenance support. Requirements:
- Valid CDL A license
- Minimum of 12 months of driving experience

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
