OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Fishers, IN by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

HMD is hiring qualified OTR solo CDL-A dry van drivers to run freight nationwide from Fishers, IN (46085). Starting pay is 65 CPM with weekly averages around 2,500 miles and incentive bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals. The fleet features trucks less than three years old equipped with APUs, inverters and sleepers, plus dependable in-house maintenance support. Drivers receive scheduled home time every two weeks and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO and a 401(k).
What you’ll do:
- Safely move dry van freight across regional and national routes.
- Complete required logs, inspections, and delivery documentation.
Qualifications:
- CDL-A license with a minimum of 12 months verifiable driving experience.
- Strong safety record and professional communication skills.
