Home Time: OTR drivers are out for 3 weeks and home for 3 days. Drivers within 100 miles of Fort Gibson can enjoy a 14-day out period for a better home time balance.

Equipment: Drive 2020 or newer Volvo trucks with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, and refrigerators. These trucks are governed at 70 MPH, ensuring safety and fuel efficiency while providing modern comforts.

No Touch Freight: Enjoy 100% no-touch freight hauling of general freight and food in 53-foot reefer trailers. OTR routes cover all 48 states, including significant opportunities on the West Coast, excluding NYC.

Pay and Miles:

Solo drivers receive $0.54 CPM with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Team drivers earn $0.60 CPM with a $2,500 sign-on bonus for each driver.
Average weekly earnings exceed $1,500, plus additional compensation for detention ($15/hour), stop pay ($15 per drop), and layover pay ($75/day).

Running Area: Operate across all 48 states with extensive freight opportunities on the West Coast. Benefit from a comprehensive fuel network through Loves stations, including EZ Pass coverage for tolls.

Benefits: Medical coverage becomes available after 30 days through Blue Cross Blue Shield. Additional benefits include a pet policy, a passenger policy after 6 months of safe driving, and a $500 transition bonus on your first paycheck.
