Home Time:

• OTR drivers typically spend 3 weeks on the road, followed by 3 days at home.
• Drivers within 100 miles of Fort Smith can opt for 14 days out for enhanced home time balance.

Equipment:

• Drive our fleet of 2020 or newer Volvo trucks, equipped with automatic transmissions, APU, inverters, and refrigerators.
• Vehicles are governed at 70 MPH to ensure safety and fuel efficiency while providing modern comfort features.

No Touch Freight:

• 100% no-touch hauling of general freight and food in 53-foot reefer trailers, covering all 48 states with ample opportunities for West coast driving, excluding NYC.

Pay and Miles:

• Solo drivers earn $0.54 CPM with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
• Team drivers earn $0.60 CPM with a $2,500 sign-on bonus per driver.
• Average earnings exceed $1,500 per week, with additional compensation for detention ($15/hour), stop pay ($15 per drop), and layover pay ($75/day).

Running Area:

• Covering all 48 states with extensive opportunities for West coast freight.
• Access to a comprehensive fuel network through Loves stations, including EZ Pass coverage for tolls.
