Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Join HMD’s OTR team for cross-country dry van runs, operating late-model rigs with APUs, inverters and sleeper berths designed for driver comfort.
Key Duties:
- Conduct safe, efficient long-haul freight transportation
- Ensure vehicles meet inspection and compliance standards
- Team up with a partner driver to optimize routes
Perks & Pay:
- 77¢/mile split pay (approx. 5,000 mi/week)
- Bonuses for safety, clean inspections and referrals
- Health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k)
CDL A and at least one year of OTR team experience required. Biweekly home time and full maintenance support included.
