Compensation and Benefits:

• Paid per mile driven, both loaded and empty, with no escrow or weekly deductions.
• Competitive pay rate of $0.67 cpm W2.
• Average weekly take-home earnings of $1500.00 to $1800.00.
• Weekly paychecks are provided through direct deposit for your convenience.

Work Schedule:

• Work a schedule of 3 weeks on the road and 1 week at home for a balanced lifestyle.

Equipment and Support:

• Drive our fleet of 2023 & newer Cascadias, governed at 70 MPH for safety.
• We cover your flight and hotel for necessary road tests and orientation.
• Pet-friendly policy with no extra charge.
• Passengers over 18 years old can ride along for a small weekly fee of $30.
