Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Frederick, MD

DBS Laredo is seeking experienced Solo CDL A drivers to join our dedicated dry van fleet in Frederick. We provide steady freight, competitive pay, and ensure our drivers have reliable home time while feeling valued and respected.

Your Role Involves:

  • Safely transporting cargo to designated locations.
  • Following all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintaining detailed delivery logs and records.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
  • Clean MVR/PSP
  • No DUI or SAP violations

Benefits

  • Pay $0.63 CPM
  • Freight: Dry Van
  • Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
  • Layover and detention pay
  • Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
  • W2 contract with benefits
