OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Frederick, MD by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Be part of an OTR dry van operation that offers consistent national freight for drivers near Frederick. You’ll run solo long-haul routes, ensure cargo safety and compliance, and work with a dispatch team aligned to driver success.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Drive company dry van tractor-trailers across interstate lanes safely and efficiently.
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections, secure loads, and keep precise logs.
- Liaise with dispatch to meet schedules and customer requirements.
Qualifications:
- CDL-A and a minimum of 12 months verifiable driving experience are required.
- Safety-minded and reliable under DOT standards.
