Home Time: Typically, our drivers are out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. While we strive for weekly home time, some 2-week periods may occur. The schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: We maintain a fleet that is no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck comes equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch, primarily automotive freight, and 70% of our operations involve drop and hook, which minimizes dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Average weekly earnings range from $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 depending on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can expect to run up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts the first of the month following 60 days. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers are eligible for dedicated accounts.
