Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description
HMD Trucking is looking for experienced OTR CDL-A drivers in Green Bay, WI to operate dry van freight coast-to-coast. Expect consistent mileage, dependable freight, and a company culture focused on driver success.
Primary duties:
- Operate dry van tractors on long-haul OTR lanes, secure cargo, and meet delivery schedules.
- Keep precise logs and comply with DOT/FMCSA rules.
- Work with in-house maintenance to address equipment issues.
What you gain:
- Pay starting at 65 CPM with roughly 2,500 miles weekly plus safety, inspection and referral bonuses.
- Late-model trucks (<3 years) with APUs, inverters and sleepers, strong maintenance support, home every two weeks, and full benefits (health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k)).
- CDL-A and a minimum of 12 months verifiable experience required.
