Home Time: Typically, our drivers are out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, though 2-week stretches may occur. The schedule runs from Monday through Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and less than three years old, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, enabling drivers to take their truck home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive freight, with 70% drop and hook operations to reduce dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with a weekly mileage range of 2,500-2,800 miles. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can expect up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts.
