OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Harrisburg, PA by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

HMD Trucking is hiring OTR solo drivers to haul dry‑van freight nationwide from the Harrisburg area. Expect competitive pay starting at 65 CPM, average weekly miles around 2,500, and bonus opportunities for safe driving and clean inspections.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate dry‑van tractors on long‑haul routes and complete timely deliveries.
- Conduct pre/post‑trip inspections, manage logs and maintain delivery documentation.
- Liaise with dispatch and customers to uphold schedules and service standards.
Requirements:
- CDL-A license.
- Minimum 12 months verifiable driving experience.
HMD provides modern equipment (APUs, inverters, sleepers), in‑house maintenance support, home every two weeks, bonuses and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k).
