Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks depending on the location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, although 2-week periods may occasionally occur. Our schedule runs from Monday through Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks, all less than three years old, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations, which minimize dock waiting time. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly depending on your hiring location, with mileage ranging from 2,500-2,800 miles per week. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, alongside a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers may have the potential for up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first month after 60 days of employment. Vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program are also available. Drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
