Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Hialeah, FL
Become part of our dynamic team as a Dry Van Company Driver with a W-2 status. We're seeking skilled OTR Hazmat drivers ready to travel the entire 48 states, enjoying reliable miles and consistent earnings.
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay ranging from $0.67 cpm (W-2) to $0.70 cpm (1099)
- Average weekly take-home pay between $1500.00 and $1800.00
- Operate dry vans with live loads
- Regular weekly paychecks via direct deposit
- Work schedule: 3 weeks on the road followed by 1 week at home
- State-of-the-art equipment: 2023 or newer Cascadias, governed at 70 MPH
- We cover your flight and hotel for the mandatory road test and orientation
- Pet-friendly policy with no extra charges
- Passengers over 18 welcome for a nominal fee of $30 weekly
