Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an exciting OTR position with competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, but there may be instances requiring two-week stays. Our schedule operates Monday through Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, consisting only of vehicles no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home, ensuring secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: We operate 100% no-touch freight, mainly automotive loads, with 70% drop and hook operations. This reduces dock waiting times and enhances operational efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Drivers can expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on their hiring location, with weekly mileage between 2,500 and 2,800 miles. The base pay is $0.45, $0.50, or $0.55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for maintaining 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily, our routes are east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to cover up to 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning opportunities.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers may become eligible for dedicated accounts.
