Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Indianapolis, IN
DBS Laredo is on the lookout for skilled Solo CDL A drivers to become part of our dedicated dry van fleet. We ensure our drivers receive consistent freight, excellent pay, and dependable home time while fostering a supportive and respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate your vehicle while adhering to all traffic laws.
- Complete necessary paperwork for each load.
- Maintain communication with dispatch regarding delivery schedules and updates.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL A license.
- Proven experience as a truck driver.
- Strong commitment to safety and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
