OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Inver Grove Heights, MN by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Join HMD Trucking operating OTR dry van trips from Inver Grove Heights, MN, transporting freight coast-to-coast in modern tractors under three years old equipped with APUs, inverters and sleepers and supported by dedicated in-house maintenance.
Your Responsibilities:
- Safely operate dry van equipment and complete timely deliveries on national lanes.
- Maintain accurate logs, BOLs and other trip documentation; comply with DOT and company safety standards.
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and coordinate repairs when needed.
Starting pay is 65¢/mi with typical weekly averages near 2,500 miles and additional bonuses. CDL-A holders with 12+ months verifiable experience encouraged to apply. Expect home every two weeks and a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k).
