Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Join HMD Trucking operating out of Jersey City, NJ to haul dry van freight across the continental U.S. as an OTR solo CDL-A driver. The role emphasizes predictable interstate runs, competitive pay starting at 65 CPM, and weekly averages near 2,500 miles with safety and inspection incentives.
Primary duties:
- Operate late-model dry van tractors (APU, inverter, sleeper) and perform thorough inspections.
- Secure freight, log hours accurately, and adhere to DOT compliance standards.
- Maintain clear dispatcher communication and report equipment needs to in-house maintenance.
Applicants need a CDL-A and a minimum of 12 months driving experience. HMD provides full benefits and biweekly home time.
