Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Joliet, IL
HMD Trucking is on the lookout for experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to haul freight nationwide. We provide a competitive starting mileage pay of 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages close to 5,000 miles, along with bonuses for safe driving and clean inspections.

Qualifications:
- Valid CDL A license required.
- At least 12 months of driving experience preferred.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
