OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Kenner, LA by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Drivers run late-model equipment (under three years) outfitted with APUs, inverters and comfortable sleepers, plus access to in-house maintenance. Typical weekly mileage averages near 2,500 with starting pay at 65¢ per mile and performance bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections and referrals.
Key responsibilities:
- Operate safely and efficiently on long-haul routes while complying with DOT rules.
- Keep precise trip records and perform required vehicle inspections.
- Work closely with dispatch to meet delivery windows.
Requirements: valid CDL-A and 12+ months verifiable driving experience; predictable home time and full benefits provided.
