Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs In Kissimmee, FL
Join HMD Trucking as we seek experienced OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Drivers to deliver freight nationwide.
What We Provide:
- Competitive mileage pay starting at 60 CPM.
- Weekly mileage averages around 2,500 miles.
- Incentives for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
- Modern trucks less than 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleepers.
- Dependable in-house maintenance support.
- Home every two weeks.

If you possess a CDL A license and have a minimum of 12 months of driving experience, we invite you to join HMD for competitive compensation and a supportive team focused on safety and success.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home
