Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Kokomo, IN
HMD Trucking is actively seeking experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers in Kokomo, IN, to handle freight across the country. We offer competitive mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with average weekly miles around 5,000, plus bonuses for safe driving and clean inspections.

Ideal Candidates Should Have:
- Valid CDL A license.
- At least 12 months of driving experience.
- A strong dedication to safety and driving excellence.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
