Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an exciting over-the-road position with attractive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically, you’ll be out 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on your location and the freight. We aim for weekly home time, but some 2-week stretches may happen. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, featuring trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, Internationals, and Freightliners. Each truck comes equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All our dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads, with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting time.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on your hiring location, driving 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. Base pay is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Most of your routes will be east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to drive up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program are also available. You can qualify for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
