Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Lancaster, PA
Join HMD Trucking as we seek experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport freight across the country. We offer a competitive pay structure starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages of approximately 5,000 miles, along with bonuses for safe driving and clean inspections.
What We Provide:
- Modern trucks under 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeping arrangements.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support.
- Home every two weeks.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
