Home Time:

• 3-4 weeks on the road, followed by 4-5 days at home, allowing you to balance work and family time effectively.

Equipment:

• Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts for a comfortable driving experience.

Freight Handling:

• Engage in 100% no-touch freight operations across all 48 states, including routes on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest.

Compensation and Miles:

• Average earnings of $1,600 to $1,800 per week with a pay rate of $0.60 CPM plus $50 for each stop. Receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus, paid as $150 per week for the first 10 weeks, and a year-end 10% profit-sharing bonus.

Running Area:

• OTR covering all 48 states with a variety of dry van freight options to enhance your earning potential.

Benefits:

• This W2 independent contractor position includes a no-cost passenger policy for those 18 and older, along with a pet policy that requires a $500 refundable deposit based on truck condition upon return.
