Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150

Become part of HMD Trucking’s OTR team in Baton Rouge, handling Hazmat dry van freight across the U.S. Enjoy high-mileage routes and operate under a driver-focused culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run 77¢ CPM split + 2¢ CPM when hauling Hazmat
- Follow all DOT and Hazmat regulations
- Complete detailed vehicle inspections
