Home Time: You can expect to be out for 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on your location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, though 2-week stretches may occasionally occur. Your schedule will run Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet includes vehicles no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: Enjoy the ease of all dry van loads with 70% drop and hook operations, which reduces dock waiting time. We operate 100% no-touch freight, primarily focusing on automotive loads for smooth operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average weekly pay of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on your hiring location, covering 2,500-2,800 miles. Our base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for maintaining 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our primary operating area is east of I-35, with dedicated drivers able to achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes ensure you have reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance coverage begins on the first of the month following 60 days. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, dedicated accounts may become available to you.
