Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Leawood, KS
Are you a CDL-A driver searching for an independent contractor position with excellent pay and modern equipment? At American Trucking Group, we provide W2 opportunities with dry van routes throughout all 48 states, ensuring substantial earning potential. Experience the freedom of independent contracting with competitive compensation and profit-sharing options.
Home Time:
- 3-4 weeks on the road followed by 4-5 days at home, allowing you to balance your work and family life.
Equipment:
- Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks, outfitted with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts for your comfort on long trips.
No Touch Freight:
- Work with dry freight under 100% no-touch operations across all 48 states, including specialized routes on the East Coast and Pacific Northwest.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings of $1,600 to $1,800 weekly, featuring a pay structure of $0.60 CPM plus $50 stop pay. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available, distributed as $150 per week for the first 10 weeks, plus a 10% profit share bonus at year-end.
Running Area:
- OTR driving covering all 48 states, providing diverse dry freight opportunities to maximize your earnings.
