Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

HMD Trucking is recruiting experienced solo OTR CDL-A Dry Van drivers out of Lenexa, KS to move freight coast to coast. Expect dependable long-haul lanes, modern trucks under three years old equipped with APUs, inverters and sleepers, plus in-house maintenance support. Compensation starts at 65 CPM with typical weekly averages near 2,500 miles and additional safety, inspection, and referral bonuses.
Your Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and deliver dry van freight on assigned OTR routes.
- Maintain accurate logs, bills of lading and electronic records.
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Coordinate with dispatch and customers for timely deliveries.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A and a minimum of 12 months verifiable experience.
- Professional approach to safety and company policies.
