Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Operate as an OTR solo CDL-A dry van driver out of Little Rock, running freight nationwide while earning mileage pay starting at 65 CPM with weekly averages near 2,500 miles and bonuses for safe driving and clean inspections.
Your Responsibilities:
- Safely transport dry van freight across regional and national lanes, adhering to federal hours-of-service rules.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness to qualify for inspection bonuses.
- Maintain accurate trip records and communicate with dispatch on routing and ETAs.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months verifiable driving experience.
- Professional approach to safety, equipment care, and on-time delivery.
HMD provides trucks under 3 years with APUs, inverters and sleepers, in-house maintenance, biweekly home time and full benefits.
