Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Collaborate with a teammate on long-haul assignments
- Ensure safety compliance and clean inspections
- Maintain solid communication with dispatch
Requirements:
- CDL A license and at least 12 months of OTR team driving experience
- Reliability, teamwork, and safety focus
