Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)

Partner with HMD Trucking in Waco, TX for OTR team assignments across the continental U.S. Work alongside your co-driver to move dry van loads with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute coast-to-coast routes as a driving duo
- Ensure proper cargo securement and documentation
- Maintain open communication with dispatch and fleet support
