Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

From Madison, MS, HMD Trucking is hiring experienced OTR solo CDL-A drivers to move dry van freight across the country. Drivers operate modern tractors under three years old with sleepers, APUs and inverters, enjoy dependable in-house maintenance, and earn a starting rate of 65¢/mile with weekly averages near 2,500 miles plus safety and referral bonuses.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver freight safely and punctually on long-haul routes.
- Complete required driver logs, inspections and delivery documentation.
- Maintain communication with dispatch regarding load status.
Qualifications & perks:
- CDL-A and minimum 12 months driving experience.
- Home every two weeks, medical/dental/vision, PTO and 401(k).
