Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description
Operate long-distance dry van freight from Mankato, MN, ensuring safe, punctual deliveries and high standards of customer service. You’ll drive modern tractors (under three years) equipped with APUs, inverters and sleepers and have access to in-house maintenance to keep equipment dependable.
Primary duties:
- Safely operate interstate dry van routes and secure cargo for delivery.
- Maintain accurate trip logs, bills of lading and electronic records.
- Perform routine inspections and basic preventative care.
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient routing and scheduling.
Qualifications & compensation:
- Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months verifiable experience required.
- Pay begins at 65 CPM with strong weekly mileage averages and multiple bonus programs.
