Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description
Drive nationwide for HMD Trucking as a solo OTR CDL-A dry van driver based in Maple Grove, MN. You’ll handle long-haul dry freight with consistent lanes, modern equipment, and a support-first operations team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Operate assigned tractor-trailer safely on OTR interstate runs and deliver freight on schedule.
- Perform thorough pre/post-trip inspections, maintain logs, and complete required paperwork.
- Coordinate with dispatch, report equipment issues, and ensure cargo security.
Qualifications & Compensation:
- Valid CDL-A and a minimum of 12 months verifiable driving experience.
- Compensation starts at 65 CPM with weekly averages around 2,500 miles; safety, inspection and referral bonuses apply.
- Late-model trucks under 3 years with APUs, inverters and sleepers, in-house maintenance, home every two weeks, and full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k).
