Join our dynamic team as a Dry Van Company Driver in Memphis, TN, where we offer experienced drivers the chance to drive across all 48 states with steady loads and pay.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Earn per mile driven, both empty and loaded, without escrow or weekly deductions.
• Competitive compensation of $0.67 cpm W2.
• Average take-home pay ranges from $1500.00 to $1800.00 weekly.
• Weekly paychecks with direct deposit for your convenience.

Work Schedule:

• Work a schedule of 3 weeks on the road, followed by 1 week of home time for a healthy work-life balance.

Equipment and Support:

• Drive our fleet of 2023 & newer Cascadias, governed at 70 MPH.
• We cover travel expenses for road tests and orientation, including flight and hotel.
• Our pet-friendly policy allows you to bring your furry friends along at no cost.
• Passengers over 18 years old are welcome for a $30 weekly fee.
