Join the Kay Agency team as a Dry Van Company Driver. We are looking for qualified drivers ready to operate throughout all 48 states, offering steady pay and mileage.

Benefits Include:

• Pay rate: $0.62 cpm (W2) with an average weekly income of $1800.00.
• Enjoy a pay structure free of escrow or weekly deductions; you earn for every mile driven, both loaded and empty.
• Direct deposit for weekly paychecks.
• Schedule: 3 weeks on the road followed by 1 week home.
• Operate 2023 & newer Cascadias, with a speed limit of 70 MPH.
• We cover your flight and hotel expenses for the required road test and orientation.
