OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Morgantown, WV by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Work OTR with HMD Trucking from Morgantown, WV, operating dry van freight across the country while ensuring load security, accurate paperwork and adherence to safety protocols.
What you’ll handle:
- Operate company dry van tractors on long-distance routes
- Perform load securement, inspections, and maintain driver logs
- Communicate with dispatch and escalate equipment concerns as needed
Drivers get late-model tractors (<3 years) with APUs, inverters and sleepers plus in-house maintenance support. Compensation starts at 65 CPM with roughly 2,500 miles weekly and bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections and referrals. Home every two weeks and full benefits. CDL-A and 12+ months’ experience required.
