Team OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Muncie, IN by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split

Experience modern 3-year-old or newer tractors equipped with APUs, inverters, and sleeper cabs, plus in-house maintenance for peace of mind.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate team-based CDL A runs nationwide
- Maintain compliance with DOT regulations
- Complete pre- and post-trip inspections
Drivers with at least 12 months’ tractor-trailer experience benefit from competitive pay (77 ¢/mi split), safety bonuses, biweekly home time, health coverage, PTO, and a 401(k).
