Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks at a time, based on location and freight. While we strive for weekly home time, 2-week periods may occur occasionally. Your schedule will run Monday through Saturday, featuring a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: We maintain a fleet of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their trucks and trailers home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive products with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week, depending on your hiring location, with weekly mileage from 2,500 to 2,800 miles. Base pay is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Most routes are focused east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to drive up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you may qualify for dedicated accounts.
