OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Noblesville, IN by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Join HMD as an OTR solo CDL-A driver operating dry van freight from Noblesville, IN to destinations nationwide. You’ll handle long-haul assignments, ensure cargo integrity, and work with dispatch to maintain on‑time performance while following federal and company safety protocols.
What you’ll do:
- Drive late-model dry van tractors with sleepers, APUs and inverters for extended runs.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain accurate logs and secure freight to standards.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers and maintenance teams.
HMD offers competitive pay beginning at 65 CPM, average miles near 2,500/week, safety and referral bonuses, in-house maintenance support, biweekly home time and comprehensive benefits. CDL-A and 12 months experience required.
